To enable us to manage your reservation we will ask you to provide personal details such as:

• Telephone number
• Payment details
• Guest names

What do we do with your data?

Burgeonhouse Group Limited will never pass or sell your data outside the Group except where a third party requires the data to provide communications as part of our normal service.

We use cookies on our website – partly to provide basic web services and partly to help us monitor and track website usage through Google Analytics.

If you decide, you can choose to Opt In to marketing information to hear more about our new openings, events and seasonal and exclusive offers.

Reservations

Burgeonhouse Group Limited uses two trusted 3rd party provider, Stripe and PayPal, to manage the payment and fulfilment processes of purchasing one of its vouchers.

By placing your reservation you are providing us with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which we will only use for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling your order and, if for the benefit of someone else, communicating it to them.
• Collecting payment from you (which involves giving some of your PII to the payment processing provider).
• If you provide consent, sending you marketing communications.

How secure is your data?

Burgeonhouse Group Limited employs a wide variety of security measures to back up, protect and manage your data. We undertake to secure your data as much as possible using up to date technology and robust policies and processes.

Complimentary Bottle of Wine

Table for four or above bookings with deposit paid gets a free bottle of Provetto Spumante NV Spain sparkling wine. Customers may request to exchange to red or white house wine under Zeng’s descretion.

Reservation Dates

Online reservations may not be accepted at certain dates with private bookings, holidays or festive dates. Please check with Zeng at hello@zenghk.com or 23530053 before making a deposit online. If a deposit has been paid on an unavailable date, Zeng can rearrange different dates or provide a full refund.

Terms of Guests on All Booking Channels

Discounts and offers cannot be used in conjunction. Each guest is required to order a minimum of one drink per guest.
